My name Kaylee America Rodriguez, I am a 23 year old from Miami Florida currently in undergrad getting a sport management degree at the University of Michigan. I played softball and all other kinds of sports throughout my life. At the beginning of my junior year of college I got diagnosed with ewings sarcoma in my lift femur. Got a partial hip replacement and underwent treatment for a year int0 remission, Praise God! I consider myself a jack of all trades. I am an old soul. I have an emotional support shit zu named Rocky Bro. I love to write and read; fiction, non-fiction, fantasy, biographies, current events, poetry, etc. I thrive in story-telling and it is one of my favorite things to do. I love watching tv; sports, movies, shows, news. My favorite movie trifecta is Pocahontas, Meet the Robinsons, and Soul Surfer. Honorable mention would be all the Rocky movies. I am the most confident person and also most competitive person I know. I love sushi, outback, and flanigans (my south floridians already know). I listen to music 25/8. My favorite group has got to be air supply, it was a life long dream of mine to watch them live and I finally did on their 50th anniversary tour, and it was one of the greatest experiences in my life. Favorite artist is Miley Cyrus and Karol G. Guilty pleasure has got to be the blues and soft rock. It is a small dream of mine to open a blues bar with around the clock live music. I am Cuban-American. My middle name is America but I consider it part of my first, it was my great grandmothers name so it is a name I hold near and dear to me. My favorite word unfortunately is bro and dude. I grew up with two brothers and in the sports world so I am what a girly-girl would call a tom boy but I would say I am the girliest of tom boys. I have a hidden love and obsession with heels, nails, bags, and fashion. I go on very long tangents on health and wellness and have been a nutrition freak since the sixth grade. How I got sick? I don’t know. Nobody knows. Only God does and I am a big believer in His plan and His timing. I’m a pretty open book. I do believe privacy is power as well as being vulnerable in our weaknesses to show others and ourselves just how Great God is.
